Fantastic redevelopment project underway in Downtown! Adaptive reuse of an important historic building + 30 new units of new rental housing = win / win! In April 2024, the City, in accordance with NH State Law RSA 79-E, approved a $393,000 Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive for this redevelopment, which helped make this challenging project financially viable.
