The Youth Services Unit at the Concord Police Department is a branch of the Criminal Investigations Division and consists of Detectives and School Resource Officers. The Unit primarily investigates crimes committed by juveniles or against juveniles. The Unit works closely with our partners at the Merrimack County Child Advocacy Center (CAC), Juvenile Probation & Parole (JPPO), and the Division for Children Youth & Families (DCYF). Children are one of the most vulnerable populations and the Juvenile Justice System in New Hampshire is designed to provide services to children and families who are in need.
