CPL Digital Collections

CPL Digital Collections provides access to items from the library's Concord Room that capture the rich history of Concord, New Hampshire. Included are photographs and paper-based materials that document local churches, businesses, schools, city departments, organizations, and more.

Vital Records

Vital records (birth, death, marriage and divorce records) for events that took place in Concord can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office. The Clerk's office also has access to statewide records for births beginning with 1935 to present (except 1949 and 1950); death records 1965 to present, marriages records 1960 to present and divorce records from 1979 to present. *Early City of Concord annual reports (1888-1938) include charts that list births, deaths, and marriages registered with the City of Concord. These are available for use in the library's Concord Room and are also available digitally through the University of New Hampshire Scholar's Repository.
