Responsibilities

Any person aggrieved by a decision to impose a fee under the provisions under the false alarm charge provision may appeal that decision to the False Alarm Appeals Board.

Ordinance 1991; Article 15-11-6
The False Alarm Appeals Board is appointed by the City Manager. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please submit a letter of interest and resume to the City Manager's Office.  Please understand that your submission is for consideration and does not signify that you will be nominated. Your letter of interest and resume will be kept on file for six months from the date of receipt.
