Planning Division

The key functions of the Planning Division are to provide staff support for the groups listed below, review applications for compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, Site Plan Regulations, and Subdivision Regulations, enforce the Zoning Ordinance, and guide the development and implementation of the Concord Master Plan 2030.

The Planning Division provides staff support to the following boards, committees, and commissions:

  • Conservation Commission
  • Demolition Review Committee
  • Heritage Commission
  • Planning Board
  • Trails Subcommittee
  • Zoning Board of Adjustment

Pre-Application Zoom Meetings
Weekly pre-application Zoom meetings are offered on Thursdays at 9:30, 10:00, or 10:30 a.m. and are free of charge. 

These Zoom meetings afford you the opportunity to discuss your project with City staff from multiple departments and divisions prior to submitting an application.
