- Visit our web page and select the link to "Bids & Proposals"
- Contract the Purchasing Office Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM by calling (603) 230-3664/3666
- Visit the Purchasing Office during normal business hours at the Combined Operations & Maintenance Facility, 311 North State Street, Concord, NH 03301

How do I get on your bid list so that future bids and requests for proposals/quotations that are relevant to my business capabilities will be sent to me?
Register as a vendor on this website by selecting the link to "Notify Me" below. Please select at least one categorgy that best represents the goods/services provided by your firm. You will be notified by email when a bid/RFP is issued for the category you selected.

What criteria are used to award bids and proposals?
- Bids are awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder unless otherwise indicated
- Requests for Proposal award recommendations are based on specific weighted criteria as detailed by each RFP

How can I obtain a copy of the bid tabulation on a particular bid?
Anyone may secure information pertaining to the results of any Invitation for Bids by visiting the Purchasing Office, weekdays during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or by visiting the Purchasing Page of the City's website and selecting the link to "Bids & Proposals".

Where do I submit my bid/proposal?
- Bids/proposals shall be received only in the Purchasing Office at the Combined Operations & Maintenance Facility, 311 North State Street, Concord, NH 03301
- Bids/proposals may be mailed, express shipped, or delivered in person during normal business hours
- Bids/proposals will not be accepted by fax or email. The City currently does not have the security available on either of these delivery methods to ensure confidentiality
- Bids/proposals must be received by the date and time cited on the Invitation for Bids/Request for Proposals
8.
Can I still do business with the City of Concord if I am not on your bid list?
If you are not on the City's bid list you are still allowed to submit bids/proposals/quotations. However, you should register as a vendor as instructed in #2 above.

What about bonds and insurance requirements?
Bonds and insurance certificates may be required for various procurements and these requirements will be specified in each invitation for Bids/Request for Proposals
