The City of Concord is experiencing a significant outage of its Munis software and related platforms. All available resources from the City and Munis have been working diligently to find and correct the problem. It appears to be an isolated software issue.
CURRENTLY AFFECTED:
- Tax and utility billing payments: tax and utility billing payments can be made in person by check only
- CSS Permit Portal and Energov portal: Paper permits are being temporarily accepted at the Code Administration Office at 37 Green Street. Staff can assist with the process.
- For a Planning Office issue, please call (603) 225-8515.
- For Engineering permits, please call the office at (603) 225-8520.
Car registrations can still be processed in the Collections Office.
We apologize for the inconvenience. The exact timeframe of restoration is still pending, but updates will be shared once the software is back up and running.
