All City offices are closing at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24, and will be closed on Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Trash and recycling collection for Monday through Wednesday follow the normal collection schedule. Collection for Thursday will be postponed to Friday. Friday's collection will be postponed to Saturday. The Concord Transfer Station will also be closed on Thursday. Bagged leaf collection must be curbside by 7 a.m. Monday, regardless of your trash day. Collection could occur any time during the week except for Thursday due to the holiday. Bulk leaf collection will not take place on Thanksgiving Day or the day after but will resume on Monday, weather permitting. We wish everyone a very happy Thanksgiving!
