The City’s Hazard Mitigation Committee will be reconvening again on July 17, 2023 from noon to 2 p.m. to continue revising the Draft 2023 Hazard Mitigation Plan submission initially filed in December 2022 with NH HSEM and FEMA. The Concord Hazard Mitigation Plan details past and potential natural hazards and severe weather events, as well as human or tech events, identifies the risk to critical facilities and vulnerable areas, and provides a list of mitigation actions the City can take to lessen the impacts of hazards.
