Join the Concord Trails Committee and enjoy a hike on the Dimond Hill Farm and West End Farm Trails.
Meet your guide, Rob, at the Dimond Hill Farm trail head kiosk located below (east of) the barn. We'll be hiking north on one of the prettiest sections of the West End Farm Trail, past Dimond Hill's old ice pond and an expansive beaver pond to the remains of an old farmstead.
This will be an easy to moderate hike with a couple of hills. It will be about 3.5 miles total.
Don't forget to pack water and a snack, and dress in layers for the weather.
Hunting season has begun so please dress appropriately in bright colors, such as blaze orange or red.
Hike will go on even if there is light rain.
