Trick-or-treating will be held in Penacook on October 30th and in Concord on October 31st both from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Auburn Street will be closed from the roundabout to Franklin Street on October 31st from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please be on the lookout for trick-or-treaters, especially after dark, to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
