North Main Street southbound will be closed between Depot Street and Pleasant Street beginning the evening of Wednesday, May 8, at 6 p.m. until 7 a.m. the morning of Thursday, May 9, to aid in the repairs to the southbound crosswalk at Pleasant Street. Southbound traffic will be detoured down Depot Street to Storrs Street and northbound traffic will be allowed to travel unobstructed during this time. The crosswalk repair at Pleasant and North Main Streets will resume Thursday morning and return to the daytime northbound closure that has been the routine for the past 3 weeks of crosswalks repairs.
