Residents with curbside trash collection can participate in the City's Spring Leaf Collection, April 25 - June 4, by placing leaves at the curb in biodegradable yard waste bags or rigid containers labeled for leaves by 7:00 a.m. on their scheduled trash day.
Concord author, Brandon K. Gauthier, Ph.D., will discuss his new book Before Evil: Young Lenin, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Mussolini, and Kim. Before Evil is a narrative, non-fiction work that analyzes the early lives of tyrants through stories about family, education, rebellion, and tragedy.
For meetings held in the City Council Chambers, any person who is unable to access the upper level of the Council Chambers to address the City Council or any other public body may use the podium and/or microphone located at the lower level of the Council Chambers. Other reasonable accommodations may be available upon request.
