Save water and possibly even money on utility bills by finding and fixing water leaks in celebration of EPA WaterSense's "Fix a Leak Week" March 15-21, 2021. A leaky toilet, faucet, showerhead, or irrigation system may seem harmless, but more than 10,000 gallons of water are wasted each year from leaks in the average household. Leaks can waste a lot of water and lead to outrageous utility bills. Sometimes leaks can even be silent and go undetected until you see an increase in your water bill. Get involved by joining us for a #FixALeak Twitter Party @ConcordNHGS on March 15 from 2PM-3PM, grabbing a free toilet leak dye test kit at our water billing office at 311 North State Street, and entering our Royal Leak Detection contest for a chance to win a WaterSense labeled toilet that is certified to use at least 20% less water. Enter by submitting a contest submission form and/or by sharing with us on social media how you have found and fixed leaks. Learn more at www.concordnh.gov/leaks.
