The following 4-part video series is a free educational supplement for individuals working in the food service industry. These videos are intended to provide general knowledge on a variety of topics. They are not required.

Each video has a 10 question quiz at the end. To receive a certificate of completion, the answers to this quiz must be sent to gwilliams@concordnh.gov, and the test-taker must score 80% or better. Individuals who successfully complete all 4 quizzes will receive a certificate of appreciation for their contribution to a culture of food safety.

• Class I Establishments: If 5 or more staff members complete the series, your establishment will receive a certificate of appreciation for its contribution to a culture of food safety.
• Class II Establishments: If 3 or more staff members complete the series, your establishment will receive a certificate of appreciation for its contribution to a culture of food safety.
• Class III Establishments: If 2 or more staff complete the series, your establishment will receive a certificate of appreciation for its contribution to a culture of food safety.

If you are the only staff member in your facility, contact the Health Officer for additional questions about how to receive a certificate of appreciation for your facility, as well as for yourself.
