Responsibilities
The Board of Health formulate policies regarding public health; advise the City Manager and Health Officer on all problems of public health; conduct public hearings & perform any quasi-judicial functions which may be required by law or necessitated by the Health Services Division.

The Board of Health is appointed by the City Manager.
