The City of Concord, New Hampshire (City) is seeking a proposal from Solar Energy Developers (Respondents) to lease land at the City-owned capped landfill parcel at 77 Old Turnpike Road, Concord, New Hampshire (Premises), described below, for the exclusive development of a solar photovoltaic system (Solar PV System) for an initial term of twenty (20) years, with two (2) optional five (5) year extensions.

| The selected Respondent will be solely responsible for the sale, transfer and accounting of all electricity or net metering credits generated by the Solar PV System to entities other than the City. The City seeks responses from firms with the proven requisite experience designing, developing, constructing, operating, maintaining and ultimately decommissioning Solar PV Systems on capped landfills.
