What are the hours of parking enforcement?

Effective July 1, 2018, all parking meters in the City of Concord will be enforced from Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. This includes all on-street meters. Parking in the garages is free on Saturdays. On-street meter rates are $1.00 / hour. Parking meters are free after 7 p.m., on weekends, and on holidays. On-street meters have 3 hour and 10 hour time limits. View the map below for more information. A good rule of thumb is: If the banks are closed for a holiday, you don't have to feed the meter.
