Are employees of “retail establishments” required to wear face coverings?

The Governor’s emergency orders require employees of “retail establishments” to wear a face covering when in the retail facility and in public locations or shared staff areas (e.g. break rooms), even if other individuals are not immediately present.  Please refer to the Governor’s Economic Reopening Taskforce  COVID-19 Reopening Guidance  for “Retail Establishments” for further information about this rule.
