On Saturday, September 27th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the Concord Police Department will serve as a collection site for residents to dispose of their unwanted prescription medications.
Prescriptions can be anonymously dropped off at the Police Department Lobby and an officer will be available to assist and answer any questions. Prescription medications will be destroyed in accordance with standards established by the DEA.
The following items will NOT be accepted as part of this program: IV solutions, injectables, syringes or other sharps, aerosols or inhalers. No illegal drugs will be accepted.
