Police reports, photographs, and other related items are available to the public for a processing fee. Requests for incident reports, and other items can be made in person at the police station, through the U.S. Mail, or by emailing the Records Department . Public assistance for obtaining reports is available from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, and 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday. Please note that reports may not immediately be available at the time of your request.
The following information is necessary to identify the requested report:
Reports must be paid for at the time of pick-up, prior to mailing, or electronic transfer.
Make all checks payable to "City of Concord."

Forms to obtain a Pistol Permit may be downloaded from the NH Department of Safety’s Website. Please note, Pistol Permit forms are no longer available at the Concord Police Department.
