Zoning Administration

Our office is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the City of Concord Zoning Ordinance and coordinates the activities of the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Our staff processes applications for variances, special exceptions, equitable waivers, and administrative appeals. Agendas are set and legal notices are provided to abutters and to the public.
