Report a Concern / Submit a Request
The City of Concord, New Hampshire is partnering with SeeClickFix to make it easier to report a concern or submit a request. Use our online web portal or our MyConcordNH app (details below).
Online Web Portal
Use our online web portal below to report a non-emergency concern or to submit a request. This system is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for emergencies or for concerns that require immediate attention. For fire or police emergencies, please call 9-1-1.
Create An Account
Users must create an account to submit a request. This will help us be able to communicate with you on the status of your request. Your account will provide a history of your requests so you can easily check on request activity. Accounts for our previous Citizen Request Tracker (CRT) are no longer active. You will not be able to login to SeeClickFix using your CRT login and password. All users must create a SeeClickFix account and use those credentials going forward.
Public Reporting Portal
SeeClickFix is a public application. Some information you provide with your request may be visible to the public on our web portal and mobile app. Private categories will not display information publicly. Please review each request before submission to determine which forms and text fields are displayed publicly. Your display name will be visible unless you choose to submit a request anonymously. Your email address will never be displayed to the public. Do not put any personal information inside of any fields marked as "displayed publicly." Public requests are helpful to inform others of existing requests to reduce duplicate submissions and to allow the option for users to "follow" a request of interest to get status updates. Categories and text fields that are publicly visible are marked as public. Private categories and text fields are only visible to the submitter and City staff.
How To Submit a Request
1. Select a Location
Select a location for your request by typing in an address or moving the map pin to the desired area. Please check that your location is correct and select "Confirm Location" to proceed.
2. Select a Category
Based on the location you have selected you will find request categories available for that area. Please select the category that fits your concern.
3. Add a Photo
You have the option to upload a photo with your request or you may select "No Photo" to skip.
4. Fill out the Request Form
Fill out the request form you have selected. Some categories and text fields will be visible to the public. Do not put any personal information inside of any fields marked as "displayed publicly." Once the form is complete, "confirm details" to submit.
5. Confirmation & Follow-Up
You will receive a confirmation of your request after it has been successfully submitted. You will receive communication regarding status updates of your request.

Connect with the City of Concord using our MyConcordNH app. Reporting a concern is now easier than ever! If you see an issue (pothole, missed trash collection, illegal dumping, graffiti, damaged street sign, parking concern, snow plowing, and more), just open the app to submit a request and stay notified of the request status. This app will also quickly direct you to important City of Concord services and information. The app is available for both Android and Apple devices and can be downloaded on Google Play or the App Store.
